Gli NBA Playoffs 2020 hanno avuto inizio il 17 agosto 2020 e sono terminati l'11 ottobre 2020. La data prevista per l'inizio dei playoffs era programmata per il 18 aprile, ma la data è stata spostata a causa della pandemia di COVID-19. I playoff sono stati vinti dai Los Angeles Lakers, che hanno sconfitto i Miami Heat in finale per 4-2, conquistando così il loro 17º titolo.

• Ad ogni squadra viene assegnato un posto in graduatoria in base al record di vittorie raggiunto al termine della stagione regolare; in caso di parità di numero di vittorie, viene tenuto conto degli scontri diretti.
